Returns and Refunds

If you believe the product you received is defective or incomplete, please contact us immediately, and we will strive to find a satisfactory solution. Products exhibiting defects or functional issues can be returned within 10 days. To receive credit for the amount paid, kindly return the product to us. It's important to note that returns will not be processed for products that show signs of tampering, are in used condition, or have damaged packaging, among other conditions.

Customized items designed specifically for you are non-returnable unless there is transit damage or other defects.

Refunds/ Vouchers will be issued to the individual who made the purchase. If the original payment was made by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited via cheque or to the original card/account within 7-10 working days.

 

Refunds/ Vouchers for order cancellations initiated by the customer depend on the nature of the product and the timing of the cancellation. Generally, orders cannot be cancelled once placed, unless Gifting Muse is unable to fulfill the order. If you change your mind after placing an order, the amount will be kept in your account for redemption towards surprise(s) within 12 months from the order date.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are delivered in perfect condition to your address. In case you still want to cancel such an order, a gift voucher will be issued to you after the product is returned to Gifting Muse.

Delivery

All gifts can be sent to you, directly to the recipient, or to another address as per your request.

Please ensure the correct delivery address and phone number in your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery arising from incorrect addresses or locked premises.

While we collaborate with various delivery partners and strive to meet requested delivery dates and times, certain circumstances may result in delays.
